Marine Park, a popular destination, welcomes thousands of visitors annually. With its stunning views of the Columbia River Gorge and amenities like a children's playground, open lawns, picnic tables, public restrooms, a beach, a boat ramp, and a marina, Marink park is the perfect spot for relaxation and recreation.  It is also a popular destination for sailingoutrigger canoeing, and swimming in the summer (children should always wear life jackets and be closely supervised near the water).

While you are here, plan to tour the Cascade Locks Historical Museum and the Oregon Pony (first steam locomotive of the Oregon Territory) or take a cruise on the Sternwheeler Columbia Gorge. Within the park, you will find a footbridge over the historic locks and canal to Thunder Island in the Columbia River. The island is open to the public, and provides unique views of the Bridge of the Gods just downriver.
