Port of Cascade Locks Strategic Business Planning Update – Community Feedback on the Draft Strategic Business Plan

The Port of Cascade Locks is in the process of developing its 2024-2029 Strategic Business Plan. The plan will chart a course for the agency’s work over the next five years to address the current economic development needs of the community.

The goal of the strategic business plan is to help the Port identify major priorities for their work over the next five years and determine actions to achieve those goals. It should also help the Port improve transparency and public communication about the work it is doing to serve the public as efficiently and effectively as possible.
