CASCADE LOCKS, OR – The Port of Cascade Locks is announcing a change to its office hours starting July 1, 2024. The Port office, located at 427 Portage Road in Cascade Locks, will now be open to the public Monday through Thursday, from 7:30AM to 5:30PM.

The office will be closed on Fridays, but BreezeBy customers are able to contact customer service by telephone at (541) 386-1645 or manage their accounts online at https://csc.portofhoodriver.com/, or by using the Breezeby mobile app.

“We are excited to be able to extend daytime office hours Monday through Thursday to open a half hour earlier, close a half hour later, and stay open for the lunch hour. We think this will improve service for our customers who need to visit the office outside of typical working hours. Closing on Fridays enables the Port to shift our office employees to a four, 10-hour day work schedule which we expect will boost both morale and productivity,” said Jeremiah Blue, Port executive director.
